Safia HRM is a comprehensive Human Resource Management System developed for Safiabakery.uz. The system streamlines various HR functions such as employee management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and performance evaluations. It provides an intuitive interface for HR staff to manage employee data efficiently and ensures accurate and timely HR operations.
My Role
As the lead Frontend Developer for Safia HRM, my responsibilities included:
- Designing and implementing the user interface for the HRM system, focusing on ease of use and functionality.
- Developing features to support employee management, attendance tracking, and payroll processing.
- Ensuring the system's responsiveness and performance across different devices and screen sizes.
